2. Get More Bang for Your Buck with Kids Ski Free

Keystone has long been the place where kids rule and that has not changed. All season long, kids 12 and younger ski for free at Keystone with no blackout dates when family’s book just two or more nights in one of Keystone’s many lodging choices.

 3. WeeEEEeee – Snow Tubing!

In the tube, flying down the hill. It’s definitely the time to throw your hands out and scream! Starting at the top of our main peak, there’s 8 lanes – making it perfect for races and groups, and best of all, you don’t have to walk back up the hill. You can spin or slide and jam out at the disco tubing nights, but the most fun will be the screaming and laughing that will be had by all!

 4. Play Up Late with Colorado’s Only Night Skiing

Just because the sun goes to sleep, doesn’t mean that you need to as well. We have the longest ski day in Colorado and you’ll be able to enjoy it to the fullest! The fun won’t stop at sunset because night skiing goes until 8 p.m. most nights. You can enjoy 9 runs of ski and ride fun under the lights.

5. Have the Most Fun at School – Ever.

The family is able to learn together with Family Private Lessons, regardless of age or ability. Or the kids can enjoy Camp Keystone while the parents go shred on the mountain. They’ll have an adventure at Camp Keystone with interactive fun and learning fit for the little ones. Either way, you’ll be hootin’ and hollerin’ about the best time you’ve ever had at school!

6. Go Further than Ever Before with Cat Skiing

Experience the mountain like never before with guided cat skiing, offering skiers and riders the ultimate mountain experience above tree-line. Keystone’s expert guides lead guests on a day-long cat skiing excursion with access to secret stashes, tree runs and exclusive laps across more than 800 acres in 3 bowls nearly all to themselves. Available to skiers and riders with an advanced intermediate to expert ability level, access a rarely seen side of Keystone, complete with heated cat rides to maximize the time spent on snow.

7. Spoil Your Appetite

Now we’re talking. Whether you devour Bighorn Bistro’s Family Brunch or dip into some delicious fondue at Der Fondue Chessel it’ll be de-lish! Whether you let the young ones have their own meal while you eat gourmet at the Keystone Ranch or go by horse-drawn sleigh to the Keystone founder’s original homestead for a fantastic meal and a Sleigh Ride, it’ll be yum-o!

8. Ride the Family Ski and Ride Zones

Just try and tell us you’re not excited when you hear about all of the family friendly fun on the mountain. We know you won’t be able to! The Schoolyard is designed to engage skiers and riders of all ages while promoting on-snow progression with specialty features including the Rockin’ Rollers and changing terrain in Tornado Alley. The Schoolyard is part of our most popular green trail, Schoolmarm – a 3.5 mile top-to-bottom green run. And to top it all off, every day, all season, kids 12 and younger ski free, when you book your lodging through Keystone.

9. Not Only Ski, Also Play for Free

If you’ve booked your lodging directly through Keystone Resort, you already know that you’re going to enjoy the Kids Ski Free perks – but that’s not all! The whole family can enjoy additional free activities together. Even more, think of all the fun you can have with free night skiing on day of arrival, free ice rink admission, plus 20% off skate rentals, a free yoga or fitness class at Studio K, free one-hour indoor tennis court rental, and daily Kidtopia activities!

Among other things, summer 2017 brings an upgrade to the Montezuma lift on the front side of our first peak. Previously a 4-person, chair, now a high-speed 6-person chair. This chair will increase efficiency and capacity to popular beginner and intermediate terrain by up to 25 percent! Summer also brings a major renovation and expansion to Labonte’s Smokehouse BBQ, including a new, 190-seat indoor facility. Don’t worry, the popular “Ski Beach” will remain!
