Five reasons families love Keystone
1. Kids Ski Free!
No hoops to jump through. No blackout dates. Simply stay two nights through keystoneresort.com and kids 12 and under ski and ride free.
2. Family Ski Trail – the Schoolyard
New for the 13/14 season, Keystone is introducing the first-ever family ski trail located on signature green cruiser – Schoolmarm. The Schoolyard will be designed to engaged skiers and riders of all ages, while promoting on-snow progressions with speciality features such as Rockin’ Rollers, Tornado Alley and family-friendly activities.
3. Free Family Parking
No more hassle – no more schlepping gear! This winter we’re introducing free family front-row parking in our main parking lot, just steps from Keystone’s gondola. We’ll have wagons and gear chaffeurs available throughout the resort to help you and your family make it to the lifts.
4. A Snowfort for all ages!
Perched atop Keystone’s Dercum Mountain, the Snowfort is fun for all ages when it opens for the season in December. With interactive elements such as climbing areas and tunnels, it’s a sight not to be missed.
5. Kidtopia Activities & Events
Kidtopia is back and bigger than ever this year with activities for kids taking place daily. It’s a festival designed just for them, a fun-filled, kid-friendly experience, but one that the whole family can enjoy! Explore the ultimate Snow Fort at the top of Dercum Mountain, parade through the village with Ripperoo every Saturday, have fun with arts and crafts, go Tubing for 80’s Night, enjoy free cookies at Dercum Square Ice Rink EVERYDAY and join in on continuing education activities on and off the slopes.
