Kicking off April with 19″ of New Snow!

Tomorrow we move into April, the last month of the season, and we are kicking it off with new snow and great conditions! We have received 19 inches of new snow in the past week, and the forecast tells us that April is set to continue with these snowy conditions. Get ready for some on and off snow showers all week long accompanied by springtime temperatures.

We have filled April with tons of fun events and activities to make sure that you get the most out of the end of this fantastic season. This weekend will be full of fun on the slopes with two great events. On Saturday April 5th the Red Bull Schlittentag will be taking place. Join us and take part in the most entertaining form of sledding that you’ve ever seen. Watch as teams of three compete in building and racing the fastest and most creative sled on the mountain.

Also taking place this Saturday is the Community Cup. Don’t miss a 5 Star World Snowboard Tour Slopestyle and Big Air invitational hosted by Keystone’s A51 terrain park. In addition to the on-mountain competitions there will be a Community Cup Apres Benefit Concert taking place in the Keystone Village on Saturday afternoon.

There is still lots of fun and lots of skiing and riding to be had in this last month of the season. Come soak up the snow and the sunshine and celebrate springtime the right way.
