Keystone Feast Round Up!

Go ahead and loosen your belt buckles ladies and gentleman, because it is that time of year again. The time of year where our hearts are warmed and our bellies are filled with delectable holiday feasts! And there is no better place to find yourself feasting than at one of Keystones signature restaurants. Here at Keystone we have amazing dining options for Thanksgiving and throughout the year, so we took some time to round up a few of our favorites!

1. Ski Tip:

The Ski Tip Lodge is the place to go to truly get to the heart of Keystone. Previously the home to Keystone’s founders Max and Edna Dercum, the ski tip has been transformed into a charming bed and breakfast providing guest with extraordinary dinning options. The quaint and cozy atmosphere just highlights the amazing culinary fare that’s produced in its kitchen. Each four course meal is completed with dessert served by one of the homesteads two amazing fireplaces, a truly special end to a day in the Rocky Mountains.

 

 2. Keystone Ranch:

At Keystone Ranch you can enjoy an exquisite meal in an equally impressive setting. This original 1930s ranch homestead is known for its colorado cuisine and game specialties. The Ranch is the perfect location for an intimate romantic evening or a meal shared with friends.  Known for its stunning sunsets, the sweeping views offered from the dining rooms are only matched by the impressive plates produced each evening. Savor the amazing 5-course menu or choose to enjoy the chef’s specialties a la carte, and don’t forget to leave room for the to-die-for grand mariner soufflé’!

3. Der Fondue Chessel:

 
Traveling to 10,444 feet via two gondolas is just the start of a magical evening in this Bavarian-themed beer hall that is a one-of-a-kind experience. You can’t beat delicious fondue, a cozy fire, and Bavarian style entertainment after a long day on the slopes. The mountaintop setting is a stunning backdrop for a fun and delicious meal that’s unmatched in ski country. Enjoy fondue classics and exciting new twists on old favorites, and don’t miss the nightly rendition of the chicken dance by the house polka band.

 

4. Sleigh Ride Dinner:

 

Experience the Rocky Mountains with an amazing evening that’s fun for the whole family. Meet our working draft horses and take a trip back in time as you’re transported to our historical back ranch property for a hearty home cooked meal. From the rustic cabin you will enjoy an authentic cowboy dinner accompanied by live music.  Keystone’s sleigh ride dinner is truly a unique dining experience that will not be forgotten! Sleigh rides are now available throughout the holiday season continuing into april.
